Windows 10: How can I connect my Laptop with Window 10 Home Version 1803 to my Hisense Smart TV wirelessly.

I have set up the internet wireless connection on my Hisense Smart TV and am connected. I can find the device through Adding Devices on my laptop but when I select it it states it cannot connect to Anyview Cast. My laptop which is only 4 months old uses Windows 10 Home Version1803. I have noticed there are many other Windows users that also cannot connect through Anyview Cast.


What alternative is there?

Windows 10 won't cast to Hisense smart tv

I have recently bought a new Dell laptop and a Hisense smart tv. I have tried to project to the tv as well as cast to the tv from my laptop, but to no avail. The TV screen says connecting and gets to 2 bars and then stops. This is the first time I have
tried to do this as I haven't had either a computer with that capability nor a smart tv. I can connect to the tv via my phone - it runs android. I have looked at all the connections that are supposed to be on or open, and they are - for both tv and computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Cannot connect to my smart Tv

After update windows 10, i tried to connect to my Hisense smart TV using anyview cast, but the laptop cannot find the TV itself.

Before updating there was no problem connecting to the TV
