Windows 10: How can I connect to wi fi?

I can’t connect to Wi Fi at all. The icon doesn’t even appear on pannel. I had such problem earleir almost all time, but after rebooting a laptop, I could manage it. I rebooted a laptop 3 times but still I can’t turn on wi fi

After windows 1903 update I don't have any wi fi connection or icon showing and have tried many suggestions on how to get it, but none have worked.

Can you provide a step by step instruction on how to get wi fi icon and network.
