Windows 10: How can I delete 1 of the 2 laptop devices shown on my Microsoft account.

How can I delete 1 of the 2 laptop devices shown on my Microsoft account. All queries and searches indicate that I should select the "manage" option and "remove laptop" should be shown, however, the only option available is "Contact Support". Even through all my searching the step-by-step instructions show outdated screenshots of menus that no longer exist on your website anymore, so they are obviously no longer helpful to achieve this goal. Can you suggest how I might be able to delete the device from my account as that laptop has been replaced by this one I have now. Identical to the other one without the touch screen and a different storage hard drive.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

 

Laptop not listed in Devices in Microsoft Account

2. Press Windows key + I to open settings

3. Click on "accounts" and select "your account" on the left pane.

4. Check if the option to verify your identity is available.

5. If so, click "verify" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Laptop not listed in Devices in Microsoft Account

Hi. When I log into my Microsoft account and check under Devices, I only see 3 out of 4 devices that I use with the account. Listed are two nokia windows phones running win 8.1 and 1 hp stream 11 laptop running windows 10.

My main hp-15 laptop running windows 10 is not listed.

I've tried the steps here:

to make it a trusted device but it doesn't make my hp-15 laptop listed.
