    Occasional unexplained pop up window

    Occasionally an odd window will pop up on my screen. I need help to stop it recurring.

    Here's what it shows:

    FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\acer\updater2\updater2.xml

    The system cannot find the path specified.

    Cannot access file C:\Program Files\DriverSetupUtility\FUB\+

    FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\packard bell\updater2\updater2.xml

    The system cannot find the path specified.

    Cannot access file C:\Program Files\DriverSetupUtility\FUB\+

    FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\gateway\updater2\updater2.xml

    The system cannot find the path specified.

    Cannot access file C:\Program Files\DriverSetupUtility\FUB\+

    Where do i find my UEFI OR BLOS on win 10

    Morning Yashwanth.

    Yesterday my computer locked in with a message
    Reboot and select a proper boot device

    so i selected the below info and pasted to you so u can see what keeps coming up. But i dont have a re boot dvd or usb and havent back up anything

    How can i disable the updater2.xml

    Command Prompt opens/closes randomly

    On rare occasions it will stop for a few seconds. I was able to copy this:

    FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\acer\updater2\updater2.xml

    The system cannot find the path specified.
