Windows 10: How can i downgrade my Windows 10 version 1809 to 1803

I just updated my windows 10 version to 1809 and it does more harm than good. I am frustrated that my game and other application (Google Chrome, Spotify, Discord, Premier Pro, ext) keep crashing. It does not show "not responding" text but just freeze for 3 seconds and back to desktop. First i thought it was my driver so I do the hard work and check all the latest driver for my hardware. After checking everything all of it were up to date.


I rembered that i updated windows a couple weeks ago but now i started using this computer. Before this my computer run smooth as butter but now it is even struggling to run minecraft without crashing every 5 minute. I'd seen other people in the community that happen to use same windows version reported same issue. From all issue above i can confidently say that it is not my software.


My question is, how to reverse the update to older version (1803) ?

Programs are freezing CONSTANTLY after downgrading to version 1803

I had to downgrade to windows 10 version 1803 from the 1809 train wreck. all is well, except at random times, very frequently and for no reason, whatever program I'm in will freeze. and task manager is the only way to close it. is there any particular cause
to this? it is driving me insane. the 1809 update constantly overheated my PC, and gave me BSOD's (ALWAYS memory_management, not getting after downgrade), and this is not much better. I didnt have this issue with 1803 before 1809 was installed. no software
has updated since before 1809 was installed last week.

CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 2.1 GHZ, virtualization enabled, 4 cores. 8 GB ddr2 ram. Windows 10, version 1803, build 17134.407

Strange as windows update history reports

version 1809 Successfully installed on ‎16/‎12/‎2018

 

WMP for version 1809...


My Windows 10 N, version 1803 had used Windows Media Player via installing it from the "Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1803.msu" file.

Updating to 1809 removed the WMP and no longer available in the apps list:





There's an updated version listed at:

But clicking on the link and looking for the 1809 in the drop down list of versions does not show the media feature pack available for download for 1809; instead it shows version 1709 and 1803.

Does anyone have a direct link to WMP for Windows 10 N, version 1809?
