    How can I fix my main monitor from freezing once I connect my second monitor


    Once I connect the second monitor, my main monitor will freeze and the second will still be black and will soon go into standby mode. The main monitor will still be frozen even after turning off or disconnecting the second monitor. If I attempt to turn the main monitor off and then on again, it will then appear to show no signal on the screen.

    Second monitor freezing

    My second monitor freezes when I try to do something on it. Won’t unfreeze unless i click on my main monitor. Also have an issue where sometimes my second monitor is black but I can see my cursor. Graphics card is RTX 4060

    Second Monitor

    I connected a monitor to my Inspiron Laptop. The second monitor displays the same info as the lap top. When I go to settings it will not detect the monitor. I have upgraded all the drivers. Any suggestions?
