My computer updated last night (big mistake obviously,) and when i booted it up this morning, many applications have displayed these 2 error messages when opened. This was not happening last night, and I know that because I saw the update logo in the bottom corner and all my apps were working as intended.

Despite numerous re installations, verification of game files in steam, compatibility mode checks, and reboots of the PC. This particular error message appeared when I was trying to open the Rockstar Games Launcher, but the same exact messages came up opening firefox (which I had to uninstall and reinstall with no effect) and Rocket League. However, other games and apps, such as a new installation of Opera, CSGO, and Forza Horizon 4 have worked fine.

Googling these errors led me to believe that it's an issue with the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, so I reinstalled all of them, but with no effect. I saw one video telling me to just delete the system32 files in question, but I don't really feel like that's a great idea. If anyone know what's happening here, what should I do to fix this? Is it a problem with a specific file or the update? I can answer other questions if needed.
