Discus and support how can i get a refund from MSFS2020 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I got MSFS2020 a few months now,and all these months its only been problems and more problems overy time,i've re installed so many times..even re did...     how can i get a refund from MSFS2020


    I got MSFS2020 a few months now,and all these months its only been problems and more problems overy time,i've re installed so many times..even re did my whole computer to have MSFS2020 giving me more problems every time,now this last one is something about syncing data...and the sim wont launch,its very fustrating to pay such amount of money and cant enjoy the sim,up till now,i get crashes freezes,everytime just shut down while i am in a flight.....i've had enough

    Black screen when i click on MSFS2020

    Your article had absolutely NO solution to resolving a black screen upon startup of MSFS2020. May i suggest if you have a desire to help resolve issues please spend a little time in doing so, instead of simply submitting an article...thank you

    MSFS2020 Ransomeware Alert

    I use Windows 10, paid for and started downloaded MSFS2020 over a few days because of data limitations in my area. It got to just 4Gb to go and then my Bitdefender antivirus program displayed two "encrypted files ransomware alerts" in the download cache
    folders and stopped the download.

    I enabled my Bitdefender to clean the two folders.

    I tried to restart MSFS202 download and it keeps on switching off after about 5 seconds after trying to start the MSFS2020 window.

    I checked for outstanding Windows 10 updates, installed them and still no change - MSFS2020 does not finish installing.
