Windows 10: How can I get refund of money from microsoft for fake Windows App?

I bought this app: Sumatra PDF Reading Editorhttps://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/sumatra-pdf-reading-editor/9NVZCVQ0PZL4I thought it was an official version of Sumatra. But it's just a fake package.I tried to get a refund in the refund section, however, this fake app apparently has a no refund option.The Windows Store needs to avoid such misleading and fake software on the store.

Refund money

When am I going to get refund money back? I canceled an Xbox live gold subscription like 3 days ago and they told me I'll get my refund back, and I have been checking my bank and there is still no refund money. So when I'm I going to get it back? I deleted
my debit card info, is that why I haven't gotten my refund? If not, then where is it?
