Windows 10: How can I process a refund on the Windows 11 Home? There is no accessible option to request...

I have purchased a digital Windows 11 Key on 10/21/24. I didn't need this as I forgot I purchased a physical key in-store. I need assistance proceeding with a refund, there isn't an option for it although I have not used the key yet. Any help would be appreciated.
