Windows 10: How can I remotely upgrade Windows LTSC2016 to LTSC 2021 via Azure?

Hi Support-Team,we are planing to upgrade our OS from Windows LTSC 2016 upto LTSC 2021 full remotely. Also via Azure. How can we do this? The client is a small PC which will distribute the upgrade image to our other PC's.Do you have any information to pass, please?

Does the Windows 10 LTSC 2021 has the license downgrade right to Windows 10 LTSC 2019?

Does Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 come with downgrade rights for Windows 11 Pro? Am I allowed to use Windows 11 Pro with the W10 Ent LTSC 2021 license?

We are also noticing the screen snip feature is not doing anything either, just like the tabtip. It seems that installing the Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30704.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx or Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30704.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx (depending on architecture), will make things work as if component is missing in current LTSC 2021. You can follow some instructions found here : Win-10-LTSC-21H2-Clip-and-Snip-fix. Some other people found that installing the Microsoft Store also solves some things since it is also requiring that same VClibs dependency (as exposed here: windows_10_ltsc_2021_touch_screen_keyboard_fix ).

From what I see, LTSC 2021 is expected to be on par to Feature Update from 21H2 but there are some caveats since some of those features are not working out of the box. I find it weird that community have found "easy" fixes for that in the past months, almost as soon as LTSC 2021 came out, and Microsoft did not provide any official fixes as far as know (LTSC 2021 iso file on My.VisualStudio.com download still dates from Nov 16 2021).
