    How can I remove Hello Windows from Windows 10?


    Hi,


    I wanted to test the fingerprint reader on my new Dell machine. A note on the side: Holy hell, it's sucks big time and is lightyears away from Apple!


    Now I want to get rid of this whole Windows Hello stuff, but I just can't remove this stupid PIN.


    I read a lot of threads, and the mentioned options ("Remove" or "I forgot my PIN") are just not there for me.


    How can I remove Hello Windows from Windows 10? 6d4ef7ff-9e92-4ae1-ac67-9827dd2c4c5c?upload=true.png


    Any ideas?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
