Windows 10: How can I resolve the error code 0x8007016A

My pc system windows 10 is telling me that my overdrive is nearly full and i need to either aquire more space or reove files from One-drive but when i try i get an Error code 0x8007016A. . Can anyone help please as i am 80 yrs of age and not IT literate thank you
