Windows 10: How can I restore my onedrive to a previous version? I have Microsoft 365

I am unable to restore my onedrive to a previous version. When following the "A personal account with a Microsoft 365 subscription, at the top of the page, select Settings Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud > Options, and then select Restore your OneDrive from the left navigation" direction, I go to Options and click restore, but then it just takes me back to the same web page. Is there a way to restore my onedrive to a previous version? I subscribed to 365 just to do this and now it is not working.

[/quote] Click to expand... Sorry, but I think you're confused and keep referring to Onedrive. There is a big difference between the consumer version of Onedrive business O365 version. I do not have the consumer version of Onedrive installed... it is Onedrive for Business. Also, this script is for "Onedrive" .... not Onedrive for Business. Thanks anyway.

No thanks for providing a non-rant version. I ought to recruit about 20 million people and walk down to Microsoft headquarters and do them in. Tired of Microsoft forcing their childish development skills on the masses.

How to restore a text document to its previous form?

Have you tried saving a new document not following the same steps you did prior to this concern? If so, did you experience the same issue?

In the meantime, kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the text document.
• Choose Restore previous versions.
• Go to Previous Versions tab.
• Look for the previous version of the document.
• Choose Open or Restore.
• Click on Apply.

The steps will allow you to browse all previous versions of the document.
