Windows 10: How can I run Android subsystem on pc that less than 8gb memory?

I failed to open Windows Subsystem for Android in my pc althought my Windows 11 version already update to the latest and my pc meets the minimum specification for Win 11.Here's the discussion about my same issue on reddit.

Subsystem ID mismatch
