Windows 10: How can I see my old Windows 10 password?

I have been spending a lot of time on the computer recently and was feeling kind of groggy. I ran a chkdsk because my computer was going slow an decided to go out for a walk and to get my mind off technology. When I cam back my mind went totally blank and couldnt remember the my login password. I got the security questions right but still can't remember what my password used to be. I tried using fingers to make some crude guesses but it's still not coming back.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Reuse/Reset an old Password

Thanks for your quick response. But my problem is that M.S. says old password con not be used. I want to switch back to my old password. I think I need to contact M.S. to clear the registry for my passwords. Then, I will be able to switch back.
