Windows 10: how can I share files in my Microsoft OneDrive folder with other people in my company

I need to be able to share files within my Microsoft OneDrive folder with other people in my company for review, approval, publication, etc. When I choose 'Share, Specific People' option and then enter a few people to share with, I get a popup saying to enter an admin user name and password. If I attempt to use my own uname a pw, I get a message saying that the 'operation requires elevation'. I used the default folder for my OneDrive setup (C:\Users\UNAME\OneDrive - Company Name). Any ideas?
