    How can I sign into my laptop when I need internet & I need to accept conditions to my workplace internet?I now regret updating windows as it ruined my laptop.

    Cannot accept XBOX conditions

    Hi louisenoden,

    Thank you for posting on the forum.

    According to your post, you are unable to accept the Xbox terms and conditions.

    I would suggest that you delete the temporary internet files of your internet browser. Then try to accept the terms on
    www.xbox.com. The website is most compatible using Internet Explorer browser.

    If the issue persists, you should contact the Xbox support as it might be a specific issue with your account.

    Accepting terms and conditions

    I can not find the 'fix it' option to accept the terms and conditions. I have tried everything, from backing up the phone to accepting the xbox terms and conditions. The option just doesn't come up. This is really frustrating and I have been trying for two
    days to fix the problem. Please someone help.
