Windows 10: how can i tell if my stolen laptop was reset

my laptop was stolen 6 days ago

so it tried to locate it using "Microsoft find my device " and I found my stolen laptop under the 'my device list ' and I clicked locate

but it said that my laptop was on 0% and it was last located in India yet I live in southern Africa

so I have a a couple of questions


1. lets say the thief charged my laptop but he didn't connect it to a WIFI connection ,will it still show that my laptop is at zero percent because its been zero percent ever since it was stolen


2. Will my I still find my laptop in the 'my device' list if the thief had reset it


3. If the robber had indeed reset it , is there a way I could still find it

I suggest that you report it to the Police.
