Windows 10: How can I use Two Lcd TV Monitors at the same time

I've have two Lcd Televisions

I use the 40in as my Computer Monitor and the 50in for Watching TV

Also I have a Video Card with Two Outputs

What I would like to do is to (occasionally) use both Monitors to display the same output on both.

Or maybe even Split the Screen to display different content on each TV.

On the back of the Video Card are two outputs, one is Hdmi and the other is some sort of multiplug connection (can't remember what its called it might be Dvi?) but I do have a lead for both of them to connect to Televisions.

I tried to do this with XP once but it seems you had to make a choice between using one or two monitors when you were doing the install, so I never really managed to get it working.

I would also like the 40 inch Lcd TV to be my default main monitor, as that's the one in front of the Keyboard and Mouse.

May be this is easier when using Windows 10

So the workaround is that we manually change the username/password of the primary account to switch between different accounts?

If this is the case then adding the second msn account doesn't have any usage?

For me it looks like the primary account is the identity of the phone owner,

something like the phone number.

So I'd rather use a third party app for the second account.

 

It would depend greatly on which GPU it is and which kinds of input TVs have. Generally any outputs and inputs when DVI-I and HDMI can generate picture on 2 TVs/monitors either in Duplicate mode (picture same on both) or in Extended mode (different picture on each).
In Duplicate mode it doesn't matter which monitor/TV is default and in case of Extend mode you can chose default monitor either thru Windows or GPU driver and it's controls.
Also, most of the times you'll have to switch TVs on and in mode made to receive external signal before you turn computer on for computer to recognize them properly.
Another thing, DVI-I can be converted to HDMI if needed.

 

Will both screens automatically display content when switched on, assuming I have used the TV controls to get to select the right Inputs or will I have to set up the Computer to choose between duplicate or extended display.

First have to check that you have proper GPU drivers installed, Microsoft Basic Display drivers will not do. If everything is alright and compatible, both TVs should behave as ordinary monitors and show the picture on both of them. TV that shows BIOS picture will be set as default once you are in windows and drivers kick in.
Once you get picture on both of them, you can chose default monitor and their modes at at least two places. Either from driver controls or thru menu you get on right click on desktop and choosing Display Settings.
