I've purchased and downloaded a music album from amazon and am trying to cut and paste the album into my music folder. There are 13 songs and the album is approximately 83mb in size. Why does it take so long? It should be instant yet the pop-up window is telling me it'll take over 2 hours. It's already been 30 minutes and it's only 52% done.

    :)

  2. Missing music albums

My PC was updated but all the music that was stored in Groove is not listed and I am unable to find the many albums I had downloaded to the computer. Cortana can find one artist/album at a time so they are on my PC I just don't have them readily accessible
like they were before. Adding the suggested locations that Groove suggests like
    my music comes up empty.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Problem in moving album to different location on Windows 10 computer

    Hello Digale,

Thank you for getting back with an update.

    • When you say "album in the "picture" box in Microsoft", you mean Pictures folder in File Explorer?
    • Exactly to which location you're trying to move this album?
    • What happens when you try to move this album? Are you getting any error message or code?
