    How can this get to my inbox?


    I'm getting several junk mails a day in my outlook inbox. Today one came from >

    Clearly this is one for the junk mail box. Why are these kind of emails going to my inbox?

    Forum users with Hotmail/Outlook/Exchange account

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    Inbox settings

    Yes it is definately outlook 2007.

    When I go to settings the inbox is listed along with other options, but there is no checkbox alongside it



    Thanks for your help. ANy other sites you suggest to try and get some help?

    I cant delete emails in my inbox


    I'm using windows 10 and I cant delete emails in my inbox?
