Windows 10: How come every time I unplug my gaming laptop from the charger it gets significantly slower...

I have a Dell G15 5520. I plug in the charger 24/7 so it doesn't run out of battery and because it's more smooth and more normal when I play games or just search things up. When I first got it, it wasn't like this and it was normal and smooth until a few days later when I wanted to move my laptop somewhere else and I played a game, it was slower and lagged once or twice with the charger unplugged. Before this the laptop was charged 24/7 since I got my laptop I searched it was bad to keep it charged forever and that it can also drain the battery faster, which already does, how do I fix this?

Laptop lags when i plugged in or unplug charger while playing

I'm looking for the fix, well, when i'm turning on my laptop, while it's charging, and i'm playing the game, and when i just unplug charger, it's have terrible lag, and this repeat also when i'm turning on my laptop on battery, playing games well, and when
i plugged in charger it's lagging again. and when i restart the system, it's works fine again. i can't found any fix of this. i know this is caused from battery management, but i tried a lot of steps for this. but i can't stop this problem.. if anyone knows
the fix. please comment the steps.

Is it Wise to unplug Laptops Charger cable when not using that system?

is it adviseable to unplug the laptop charger each time i'm done using it? or leave it plugged in, not sure which is best for the battery and which isn't good to do

I recently ungraded my laptop HP R series from win8.1 to win10. But after the upgraded i find that each time when i plug or unplug the charger the display gets off for 1 sec and come back.

Please help me with this
