Windows 10: How could I fix it. There is no "Yes" button.

I went to "netplwiz" command and changed account type to standard then restart my laptop. I went to the command again and it appears follow the pic. I went to apps can make change to my laptop . There is no "Yes" button on every app that can make change to my laptop.

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

What does the "fix now" button actually do?

I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.

Fix now button will perform the task that is listed as a suggestion.

For example since the suggestion is to disable “shared experience” clicking on fix now will disable it without you having to manually search for the setting and disabling it. It is a shortcut to that setting.
