Windows 10: How dark theme applies in explorer

Hello everyone

I have an issue with my Lenovo T490s laptop whenever I enable dark mode for apps in the latest version of Windows 10 Enterprise (fully updated). Does anyone know how I can fix this, I just need the dark mode to work as it should.

1. I need to get rid of the blue border around the explorer window.
2. I need to get the navigation/search/address bar to behave as it should (when I click in those bars,the background is black for some reason)

File explorer dark theme not applying properly

Since the implementation of Dark theme, I've been a bizarre white tool bar, it originates from the white theme but apparently it doesn't change when I apply the dark theme.
You can see what I mean here.

An interesting remark I have to make is that when launching File Explorer shortly after signing in from a reboot, the File Explorer dark theme is applied correctly.

I have tried from uninstalling applications to testing in safe mode, and even that was futile, as the behaviour was the same.

I'm at the end of my rope, your help would be appreciated.

Note: The dark theme is also applied properly when launching file explorer through shell.

Sorry, Microsoft does not provide us with the ability to choose which application the dark or light theme is applied to, whichever theme you choose will also automatically be applied to File Explorer . . .

I applied the dark theme in my laptop.I am only getting the dark theme in settings and not in file explorer/this pc.
