Windows 10: How do i activate Windows 10 pro after moving from Macos bootcamp to Parallels

I own a Windows 10 Pro licence. I have uninstalled Windows 10 from MacOs bootcamp and moved it to Parallels, but am unable to activate it. I did run a .vbs script while on bootcamp to disable the product key before uninstalling. When attempting to reactivate I’m asked to sign in with my Microsoft account, but after authenticating I get an ‘Opps, something went wrong, Whatever happened, it was probably our fault, Please try again’. I have been trying again, multiple times since yesterday, and get this and other errors, such as 0x800705B4.What needs to be done so I can use my Windows 10 pro

Parallels 11 to Bootcamp Win 10 activation

Installed a licensed copy of Win 7 pro 64 bit under Parallels 11 at my new MacBook. Upgrade to Win 10 64 bit Pro with no problem with activation. Found out that 1 of my USB Token is not function properly and decided to switch to Bootcamp as both tech at
Microsoft and Parallels unable to resolve the issue.

Created a bootable Win 10 USB and proceed with Bootcamp installation (Unable to use Win 7 as the latest MacBook Bootcamp require Win 8 and above). Installed Win 10 without entering product key and after installation it did detect my product key for Win 10
from previous installation under Parallels 11. My USB Token now function correctly. However, under Bootcamp my Win 10 is not activated even though it detected my product key.



Called Microsoft and they suggest me to get a new copy of Win 10. That is not helpful at all. Unable to install Win 7 under Bootcamp to re-upgrade again. Is there any other way to resolve this?

 

Parallels to Bootcamp

I wanted to deactivate Windows 10 on Parallels virutal machine, and activate the license in Bootcamp. How am I supposed to do that?

 

Windows 10 Activation Problem in Bootcamp and Parallels Desktop

I had installed Win 10 in my Macbook Pro by using Bootcamp first. After done installation, I create a Parallels Desktop for Bootcamp, both Win 10 had been activated (2 different keys). The problem is coming:

1) When I open Win 10, it display me Windows is not activated. Well, it's fine, i call phone for windows activation, then Window is activated successfully, and I restart Win 10 and change to Mac OS.

2) When I open Win 10 in Parallels Desktop, it also display me Windows is not activated. I call AGAIN phone for windows activation, then Window is activated successfully

3) When I restart the Mac and return to Win 10, it still display me Windows is not activated... I call AGAIN AGAIN phone for windows activation, then Window is activated successfully

What is the problem I faced right now? Who can help me on it?
