Windows 10: How do I cancel a scheduled Microsoft Support service call?

Hi, thanks to anyone who can help me


I was getting blue screen errors, and before I turned my computer off & then on again, I went to Microsoft Support's website URL given on the screen, and I scheduled a service call. Now my computer is working, so I want to cancel that support phone call.


Does anyone know how to cancel the call?

Task Scheduler service will not start.

Thank you for updating us. If Task Scheduler will not start, we suggest that you restart it. The service might be disabled that's why the task will not run. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot Task Scheduler.

• Click Start menu.
• Type Services in the Start Search box.
• Right-Click Services, and select Run as Administrator.
• If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click
  Continue.
• Right-click the Task Scheduler Service and select Restart.

And have you tried running the System File Checker scan as an Administrator. For more information check this
article. You can also perform DISM after performing SFC.

Method 1: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your System
Maintenance.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

And also ensure that the Task Scheduler service is running.

• 
  Follow the steps to check the service.
  
• 
  Press Windows + R, type Services.msc
  
• 
  Select the Task scheduler service and restart the service and check if it helps.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.
