Windows 10: how do i change my 32bit processor into 64 bit and hoe do i use my all ram 4gb out of 4gb...

can someone please answer my question that how can I change my x64 based processor into 64bit because it always says 32 bit processor x64 based and how can I use my all the ram 4gb out of 4gbbecause I have 4gb ram but it only says 1.84 gb can be used

please help me @Microsoft

You do not install 64 bits unless you have more than 4gb of ram. 3.5 is the max you can utilize with either 32 -64 version. Your cpu must be capable of 64 bits too. Your cpu sounds like it is not capable.
