Windows 10: How do I change the look of Windows?

Long story short, my laptop got wiped of everything and windows 10 home was installed.


The look is different and I'm trying to change it back to normal.

Everything is black.

The icons are all black when before they had color on them the taskbar is different as well.

I am attaching two pics one of the apps and one of taskbar.


I'm hoping someone can help me change it back. The tiles used to have color.


After my laptop got messed up, I'm weary about changing things on it now without knowing what I'm doing.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
