Windows 10: How do I delete Bing and MSN News?

why do you insist on sending me crap in languages other than my own (English)

I was in Cambodia once and you assumed there was a problem with my live account

everything related to this was in Cambodian

I deleted live

now I have deleted skype and I want to delete BING next,,, will doing this cause any problems with my windows 10 operation

also want to delete msn news as I only get it ln languages I can not read

perhaps I should quit travelling,, stay home sit on my couch and drink beer just so I can make you happy by fitting into your mold,,, it actually would solve my problem

but better to just get as far away from you people as possible

my next computer is definitely going to be an Apple,,, however I will check first to see if they will access my profile to default a language or do the same idiotic things you do

I do not you to think or assume for me as all you do is piss me off

Why are Cortana News results and MSN News App results so different?

In Cortana, headlines are based on areas of interest. You can view and change those interests in Bing Settings on the desktop, as well. Bing in your PC browser and Cortana interact if you log in to your phone and computer with the same MS ID.

MSN News allows you to select the publications that you want to see. It includes others, but headlines are presented on a more granular level than Cortana. For instance, I notice in your screen shots in a previous reply that you have a specific topic, Windows
10, in both Cortana (Bing) and MSN News. But MSN News is going to present your preferred publications first whereas Cortana is first going to present the most popular publications for that topic.

IMO, it's an advantage. I have a short (well, not so short) list of publications I prefer to go to for news. Having Cortana cast a wider net, I get information from sources that are not on my short list.

 

msn and bing

windows 10, nothing is being allowed through msn, error states be sure you have the right address "www.msn.com" through bing. Bing does not respond, and neither does msn. the details of the error are something about timing out, but, it doesn't take more
than a few seconds before the error page comes up. Yesterday the computer worked fine until about 10am and all of a sudden I tried to access another website and got that error message.

computer works by going through Microsoft edge and I assume is then running on IE, however, I cannot access the IE info on the tool bar as it is not in bold type. I did install chrome for a search engine since bing does not work, and, am able to get around
in that manner, however, I would like to have my computer working correctly through bing and msn, if possible. Can anyone help me. I have seen a log of comments made over the last year that are showing the same problems and same error page with the same
notes.

1) Are you able to login to MSN new and MSN Money on webpage?

2) Please confirm whether the account that you are experiencing the issue while opening MSN apps , is that a

Microsoft Account or a Local Account?

If its not a Microsoft Account then I would suggest you to configure your Local account into Microsoft Account.

if its a Microsoft Account then lets try to change the Microsoft account into local Account then re-sync into Microsoft

Account to diagnose whether it’s a Microsoft account problem or not.

Please follow the steps to change Microsoft account into Local account.

  Tap or Click on Account.
  
• 
  Tap or click Email or User Account.
  
• 
  Click on Sign in with Local Account or Sign in without Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Type your Microsoft Account User name or Password.
  
• 
  Type a name for Local User Account.
  
• 
  It will prompt Sign Out for to make changes on the account.
  
• 
  Click on Sign out.
  

Once your account is change into Local account then restart computer and Sign in into Local account to sync or configure into Microsoft Account to check if it helps.
