Windows 10: How do I delete the admin userid and then invoke OOBE without reloading Windows

I have developed a ministry of restoring old computers. I take an old machine, clean it, erase the hard drive and then install a fresh copy of Windows 10. I test everything by applying all the outstanding Windows updates. Then I install all the drivers from the manufacturer. Then I activate this copy with a license key. At this point I know that this copy of Windows is running well on this machine. Now I want to give it away.I know that I can reset this PC to get back to the OOBE dialog. But resetting Windows also downloads and installs Windows from scratch. This wipes out all the upda

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

C windows installer folder - Delete?

He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink
Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

Like:
First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
Then type this in command mode as admin
mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.

I would suggest you to check if the mentioned KB updates are properly installed from the Windows Update History. I would also suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps.

Step 1 Follow these steps to run the Windows inbuilt troubleshooter:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  

• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  

• Select the Windows Update option from the list.
  

• Click Next to run theTroubleshooter.

Step 2 Try to use the Windows Update troubleshooter and see if it helps.
