Windows 10: how do i downgrade windows 10 os build 1903 to 1151

Discus and support how do i downgrade windows 10 os build 1903 to 1151 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; the windows 10 update causes my pc to run on 100% cpu usage.. i tried the solutions i found on google.. disabling superfetch etc. but nothing seems to...     how do i downgrade windows 10 os build 1903 to 1151


    the windows 10 update causes my pc to run on 100% cpu usage.. i tried the solutions i found on google.. disabling superfetch etc. but nothing seems to work... the only solution one friend told me is to downgrade OS build to 1151.. how do i do that?

    updated to latest build then downgraded it

    Hi;

    Ok im on windows 10, i installed/updated to latest build 1151 i think , then i had a internet problem and though it was my PC ( of which it wasnt ) so i downgraded it via settings>Recovery.

    im now on 10.0.10240 < CMD told me,

    • i have tried updating via settings>Update. = says im on latest build of which i know i aint as i downgraded!.
    • downloading the standalone installer.
    i need to update as this is what im getting Screenshot

    no icon's and @{microsoft. in my apps also xbox crashes on start up/ photos / bing (Weather) / my logging in icon and loads more.
