  1. How do I find an app that was auto downloaded by windows and not in my downloads file explorer?

I had bought an older game on steam and it required a download, which I'm not even sure what is was as I confirmed it before going to an appointment I think it was an old version of DirectX, I came back and my PC had restarted to download this app. Ever since then some websites have not loaded at all and some of my other apps are not working correctly. I am running windows 11, I'm currently up to date on updates for everything.

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

    Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!
