Laptop powers off abruptly

Still having the same problem Laptop powers off abruptly.

I've followed all the steps suggested. I'm sending a ling to the Event Viewer log

Screen Abruptly turns grey (Backlit led still up ) when used on Battery

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?

  Have you installed all pending updates and also updated all device drivers on the pc?
  

Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the MSA to test if that helps with this issue. Also ensure that the battery is charged 100%. You may also want to use a different power scheme to check if that
helps.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Follow these steps to update the Display driver from the Device Manager and check if this helps.

1. Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.

2. Expand “Display Adaptor”.

3. Right click on the video driver and select “Update Driver Software”. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
