Windows 10: How do i fix error code: 0xC0EA000A?

I recently bought a new laptop, and it was working perfectly fine, until after I downloaded Netflix and tried to download another app, it gave me the error code 0xC0EA000A. I was wondering if anyone who has the same problem fixed it, and how to fix it. I have tried almost everything. This new laptop works of windows 11.
