Windows 10: How do I fix my issuethere’s a lot of things going wrong

I have an application error for cmd, powershell and other apps i forgot the name ofI wasn’t even opening anything it would just pop up every time i would load up my computer. After a day like 20 cmd pop ups would open on my computer screen, when I would put in my pin to log into my pc user it would take over 5 minutes to load when before it would take 3 seconds, my cpu usage is 70-100 on the windows home and my ram is at like 60 on the homescreen, my pc just bluescreens sometimes when i open it, my fpsis worse then it used to be before all this, sometimes my computer screen just freezes on t

Help Me Understand What I'm Doing Wrong

I may be missing something, but I think what's being suggested is you use the arrow to choose another different method other then 'phone number' such as email or an authentication app, whatever's on the drop down list that's not a phone number.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
