Windows 10: How do I fix my pc?

Hi! Around some weeks ago I wanted to make my laptop less laggy by removing "Temporary files" however, this created a problem for me and my chrome wouldn't work. So I searched for a solution and I saw restore points, I used one that got created automatically before I deleted temporary files and I used it. I don't remember exactly but I believe I interrupted the restore process and since then my computer hasn't been working correctly at all and it rejects anything I try to do to fix it. Like automatic repairs and completely reseting it. I hope theres a solution for this. Thank you!

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
