Windows 10: How do I fix my spacebar button and esc button

So my cat walked on my computer while I walked away and now my ESC button doesn't work. It's a laptop and a extra keyboard. My spacebar acts as ESC now and I do not know how to fix it!

Spacebar key not working on buttons

After upgrading to windows 10 I've noticed that when there is a pop-up window (like confirmation, often with options yes and cancel), the spacebar key can no longer be used to hit "OK" button (which is the default in most cases). I don't think it is a
hardware problem because I can see the button being pressed when I hit the spacebar key. However there is no action at all, so everytime I just had to use mouse to click again. Does any1 know how to fix this?

 

mapping bluetooth heatset call button

is there a program or something that can change what my bluetooth headset button does? i want to use it for chat programs so the ability to press a talk button is essential. so i need to use the call button to press enter or spacebar or left click or something.

anyone else done something like this before?
