    How do I fix stuttering lag after Windows update 2020-03


    So after the windows update 2020-03.All of my games having stuttering lag. Even the older game having this lag. I have try anything like reinstall the game. Do a clean installation windows 10.Also clean installation graphic card driver. Defrag my disk.But my game is still having stuttering. How do I fix this?

    HL2 stuttering fix

    Valve has released a Patch for Half-Life 2 which is supposed to fix the sound problems people were having. In most cases this is related to video memory texture trashing.

    2020-03 Cumulative update failure

    I have Windows 10 1909 64bit installed on a Lenovo laptop. When I try to install the 2020-03 Cumulative update (KB4540673) it will download and then install to the point of saying that it is 100% installed, then it will change to say There were problems Installing some Updates, -Error 0x800f0982

    I have run the disk clean up and run scan /sfc on the C drive, the C drive is a SSD with 65gb free.

    I have checked on line and the suggestion are to remove any recently installed language packs, I only have one language pack installed, English (United Kingdom) so I am not likely to be uninstalling that. The laptop has been running with Windows 10 since June 2019 with no problems.

    Can anybody please advise

    After the latest Windows 10 update my mouse lags and videos are unwatchable due to the stuttering issue.
