Windows 10: How do i fix this blue screen that says it will restart for me but doesnt fix then brings...

Can someone please help I fully reset my gaming laptop then it said my device ran into a problem. the stop code it said was System_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED. I can go into safe mode because I have no clue how to reset my gaming laptop with keybinds. Its an msi gaming computer. I dont know what to do with a stopcode it says to call a support person and give them that info if that helped. There is no percent number on the blue screen and I cant do anything because my pc would not fully turn off but bring the logo and a black screen then go black then go to the blue screen where it says all

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

 

When is that Blue Screen error going to be fixed?

If my PC goes into sleep mode, when I bring it back up I get that blue Screen and I have to click restart. Now temporarily I have gotten around that Blue Screen appearing by setting Screen Saver Bubbles to start in 45 minutes, if my PC is IDLE THAT LONG and my sleep mode to 2 hours, because I am on and off all day. then I SHUT DOWN, NEVER LET IT GO INTO SLEEP MODE. 2 Months now I have not had the Blue Screen, but it would be nice to have that fixed, and since I am not computer savvy and am 83 years old, I am never able to follow all the steps to fix it myself. So far the way I have it set, the Blue Screen never appears. If I leave the house I shut my PC down. At night I shut my PC down.
