    A couple of days when I tried to download something it wouldn't save and it kept saying that my downloads were failing and I thought that it was my browser, but then today I tried to save a picture and it wouldn't let me save it to the normal quick access or my downloads folder but it would let me save it to my photos folder. So I went to my files explorer and it said my account was disconnected so I clicked on it to try and sign back in, but it's wanting me to sign into an account that's not mine and it won't let me switch over to my account. It's trying to get me to put the pin in for the ot

    Good to know that the issue is fixed. Appreciate your efforts.

    In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

    I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
    driver and check. Follow the steps.

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Expand Network adaptor.
    Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

    Now go to the manufacturer website of your
    wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
    wireless card and check.
