Windows 10: How do I get 2 HDMI monitors running on my AMD Radeon R9 270?

Alright, my monitor supports VGA and HDMI so I think I'd use the DVI to VGA for the computer and just the HDMI on the console. Just because I'm trying to use a capture card that supports only HDMI for the console. DVI to VGAs are fairly clear, yes?

 

I think DVI to VGA would be better then DVI to HDMI. I only did the DVI to HDMI because I had a ton of HDMI cables around my house, needed to connect a VGA/DVI monitor that day, and the video card only has DVI, HDMI, and Display Port outputs. The local store only had DVI to HDMI adapter that was reasonably priced, so I used that temporarily until I could mail order a DVI to DVI regular monitor cable. The results going from DVI to DVI were much better.

Yes, that would connect a VGA monitor to a DVI video card.

 

Note that a DVI to VGA adapter has no active components. It relies on the DVI port including an analog signal line.

I have never seen a DVI port that is purely digital (DVI-D), but it's possible in principle.

I probably shouldn't be raising an issue this unlikely, but...
