Windows 10: How do I get back into my computer?

When I turn on my computer there is a bright blue screen that says “Enter the recovery key to get going again.” I followed the instructions to find my recovery key, but when I sign into my one and only Microsoft account it says “no device linked to this account.” It seems like all I can do is click on “Skip this drive” from the blue screen and then it goes to a black screen that says “diagnosing your PC.” Then it goes to another blue screen that says “Automatic Repair - Your PC did not start correctly.” From there it seems like my only options are to restart it and go through the same thing al

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
