Windows 10: How do I get Libraries to show in the download/upload window?

My libraries work fine in explorer and they work fine when I use the snipping tool and hit the save button.




They do not show up in the "download window" when I select "save file as" when downloading something from the internet (like the many handy .reg files found on this site) or the "upload window" when I go to choose a picture on my pc to upload into this post.





Does anyone know how to fix this so they show in the download and upload windows?

PS I have used the "Remove 6 Extra Folders from Windows 10 This PC.reg", restoring them makes no difference to this issue.

File Explorer > View > Navigation Pane > Show All Folders

 

In addition to what Eagle51 posted, do that while in the "Save as" type window. *Smile

Thanks, that is an acceptable "work around". It does make the libraries show but it also expands the user folders which makes it so I have to scroll down to see all of the libraries. (I have several extra user folders due to software packages that create folders in there)

Perhaps I should change the title to "How do I unhide only the libraries in the download windows" *Wink

There are no "view" buttons in the download and upload windows. That tutorial only explains how to make explorer look like my 1st screenshot. *really

 

Option One should be available for you.

Nope .... not the same, one is Showing Libraries in File Explorer, the other is Showing Libraries in the Save As Dialog *Smile

It didn't take me long to toss windows 10 into the garbage back when it first came out. I've only just returned to it with the creators update to give it another shot. Perhaps I should go through all my own posts from 2015 before asking any questions LOL
