    How do I get my laptop back?


    Hey! So today I noticed a weird software on my windows 10 Huawei Laptop. It took like 80 % of the cpu. Naturally I ended the task and then took on a quest to remove it. But the system would state that it was running somewhere so I could not do it :. So I took the hard path. I did a factory reset where I REMOVED everything the system let me. Or so I thought. When the laptop came to power, I was still logged in and when I typed my password, it stated that "The user profile service failed the sign in and user profile cannot be loaded". I tried the shift+restart method but it did not work. Neithe

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
