    How do I get out of dev enrionment?


    I am stuck in a dev environment. I turned on developer mode one day and when I turned it off it now disallows me to download anything from the Microsoft store.The error code is: 0x8015DC12, but seriously don't pay attention to it because it's talking about the Xbox app or Xbox games, nothing on that error code has to do with my issue. Below is a screenshot of what it looks like when I try to install Amazon Music on the Microsoft Store;Noted I did experience this on the Xbox app at the start but whilst in a phone call with tech support, I found out it does this to every app I try to install.In

    That's what I've already tried but I don't get the Dev browser in the list, while I have it in my PC, except Internet Explorer. Please suggest some other solution!

    Dev might be nothing I have read some steppings won't do it no matter what. Just luck of the draw. Haven't found a database with all them listed and how they clock yet.

    John DeV posted some suggestions and asked to let him know what happened. Today, 3 full pages of responses were edited down to 2. A bunch of posts were deleted and there has been nothing from John DeV for 2 days.

    Could another moderator please step in and help us? Or if John is around, could you please respond. Thank you.
