Windows 10: How do I get rid of bsod on shutdown

minidump fileHi all I have a dell 5414 that temporarily displays the blue screen of death on shutdown only . The bugcheck code is 7e. I updated the drivers and issue is still occurring. I swapped out my current ssd for the original upgraded ssd a while back and bsod is still occurring. Since drivers would be on the ssd and I swapped mine back to the original I guess the problem is hardware ,but which hardware if hardware is the issue? I'm including the mini dump file which seems to indicate a driver ,but how can a driver be bad on two different ssds? In any case any help is appreciated. Tha

BSOD at shutdown PFN Corrupt message

I ran with verifier two days without any BSOD excepting the PFN LIST CORRUPT that occurs at shutdown. I went back through all steps and here are the logfiles. Log Collector stopped when msinfo.exe timed out. I reran this manually and it got hung at OLE Registration step.

Bsod on shutdown

Could be software, driver, or other incompatibilities.

You might have to go into msconfig and try to diagnose the problem by disabling and enabling drivers and services.

Edit: That could have been caused by the bsod and bad shutdown corrupting the page file, see here at bottom of page(problems):Virtual Memory in Windows XP
