How do I get rid of the following message on my Lenova Laptop with Windows 10 : There was a problem starting C:\Programdata\Lenova\1mcontroller\plugins\Lenovabatteryguagepackage\x64\Lenovabatteryguagepackage.d11. The specified module could not be found.

Lenova motion controller

When upgrading on windows 10 the Lenova Motion Controller was giving a error 1706 and followed advice on the chat forums (problems with windows 10 upgrades ) to uninstall and install again.

We uninstalled and at first it did not seem to respond but it is no longer under my programmes.Next step to reinstall i assume is the only option:

It now seems Lenova (Lenova sales team) does not have the software as it comes with the laptop when purchased (was windows 8.1 with the auto upgrade to 10 when available)

I tried the links you gave unsuccessfully. Lenova does not seem to have a free Technical support.

Now unsure if safe but Lenova cannot help???

Lenova G400s laptop-Plugged in and not Charging- Issues reg.

I have a Lenova G400s Laptop. While charging my laptop shown "Plugged in and not Charging" I gone through the web and I tried the following steps i found in net

Please try below steps and check if it helps.

• Disconnect AC adapter.
• Remove battery.
• Connect AC Adapter.
• Power on the laptop.
• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Under the Batteries category, right-click all instances of
  Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery , and select
  Uninstall.
• Shutdown.
• Disconnect AC adapter.
• Insert battery.
• Connect AC adapter.
• Power on the laptop.
• still the problem not solve, it shows "plugged in and not Charging".. Pl guide me to solve the issues

 

laptop DVD drive not appearing on windows?

Well my cousin is coming down soon with his laptop to get his DVD drive fixed because on my computers his DVD drive isn't appeared on the list,he can eject his DVD drive but it doesn't appear on windows..anyone know how to fix this?? would entering bios help?? would i be able to format it?
