Windows 10: How do I get the Dark File Explorer Theme?

I've looked around and when I click the dark all it does is effect my settings background, not the file explorer. I've tried updating my PC to the Insider version however when it crashes it looks like a blue screen but its green. I know it crashes when the update reaches 42%. I would hate to wait a while to get it. Is there anything I can do to fix it or get it?

Dark Theme for File Explorer.

I waited exactly 9 years since Windows 7 released for Dark Theme to be used on the File Explorer and i feel hyped about Dark Theme can be used when you update your windows to version 1803 few weeks ago when i read it on article. My friend already got
their File Explorer themed black, and i already updated it to version 1803 as they say it will works. But why my file explorer theme is still white even though its on version 1803 and already changed the theme to dark? Thank you.

Hi Nil, that option i currently not available in Windows 10

Microsoft are working on giving us more theming options, in the large update later this year we will get those options, and that includes a dark theme for Windows File Explorer . . .

The dark theme in the file explorer is only available since the October Update (version 1809 build 17763.xxx).
