    How do I get Win10 to recognize a USB plug-in Revisited.


    Sorry it has taken so long to get back to update on what has happened with Datacolor support. Not much has changed. They sent me instructions on what to try. I am sending what they suggested. The Spyder4 is in Device Manager, but for whatever reason the program just doesn't recognizes it. Here are some screenshots.

    Lumia 1020 not recognized by PC when plugged into USB

    USB problems

    checked all of those suggestions an still no luck. They show as being there and enabled but doesnt recognize anything you plug into them. I got a driver checker as well and it lists the drivers as up to date. could this be a bad motherboard?

    How do I get Win10 to recognize a USB plug-in Revisited.

    USB sound/midi device not recognized

    I have a Technics PR804 keyboard attached to my Windows 10 laptop through USB. I've installed the drivers that came with my keyboard by entering compatibility mode to Windows ME, but the device manager won't recognize the hardware when it's turned on and
    plugged into my laptop. I've seen instructions online indicating that device manager should identify the keyboard as a sound device, and that I should be able to choose folder location for correct driver, but can't complete this step as device manager does
    not list the keyboard as an available device.

    Any suggestions?
